Beautiful glassy water. Here the symmetry of the mountain works, and the large rock in the foreground and the grassy bit of land work to balance each other. Great Job!

Interesting that you chose to drop almost all detail from the central peak. I think that makes for a much more dramatic image than one with full shadow detail. (Although, in a print, I'd like to see a little more hint of detail than is evident here). I like the way the reflection of the peak "points" to the rich but subdued detail in the shallow water, pulling together the foreground and background. Very nice image.
