Sunset at Jackson Lake

It's tough to get a good reflection at sunset on Jackson Lake. It's 12

miles long and the wind is usually blowing by late afternoon. After

many attempts, I suceeded. All comments and ratings are welcome.

It may be tough to get the reflection... but you made it look so easy! Breathtaking shot Nancy. Very spectacular.

I would have cropped out some of the dark area on the bottom.

Really nice colors. I like the touch of texture/waves in the reflection, it adds interest. If it was totally smooth, it would not have the same feel. I wonder what a graduated neutral density filter would have done to get better exposure in the foreground.

I agree with both of the above.. I'd crop a little tighter, and the ripples on the water really make the shot. It's stunning! The rays coming over the mountain, the colors...hope it's relatively photoshop free.

OHHH....WOW...Nancy....sure a rich image. I wouldn't change a thing...I think the dark around the bottom adds to the depth and the richness of your color. Just and absolutly amazing image.
