d_j4 0 Posted October 10, 2002 I had never heard of or seen swans dance before a trip to Paris many years ago. I went to an amazing park called Butte Chaumont, and was sitting on the bank of a pond when two swans began their intricate choreography right in front of me, as if in a private performance. I was completely awestruck, and have never forgotten that dreamlike time. Thanks for reminding me. Link to comment

luisfe_rojas 0 Posted October 11, 2002 Congratulations on this beautiful picture. It really looks like they´re dancing. I love the deep blue color of the water which contrasts with the white on the swans plumage. Link to comment
ilia 0 Posted October 11, 2002 Perfectly circular waves going away from these two gorgeous birds caught my eye. Original color image didn't have that "punch" I hoped for, so I converted it into grayscale image and aplied dutone in order to get some extra contrast and deep blue color. If you liked this image I would appreciate your comments on the rest of the photos in my Scenics folder. If you are not too much into the landscapes of mine :), you may like my "Portraits of family and friends" better. Link to comment

richardl 0 Posted November 1, 2002 What else is there to say really? This is a case for the use of PS or PSP or The gimp or whatever, producing this brilliance from what the photographer calls a shot lacking "punch". Link to comment
