Hello Kurt. Composition should have been the key factor on your shot cause light is not very nice and doesn't add aesthetically to your image...and you managed it pretty well. I assume that if those three guys were a little bit closer each other, forming a single line with their heads your photo could have been even more compelling, but wildlife as we know is not always cooperative. I would only advice you to avoid taking wildlife shots under harsh light conditions cause the result is rarely pleasing (unless it is a case of an interesting action shot). Thanks Theodore. You have got me looking at this shot differently. As I was in Africa out on safari there was no opportunity to take these shots under different lighting conditions, and the zebra were only momentarily lined up like this, in fact they were already splitting up.
