A lone evergreen stands in contrast to the colorful foliage displayed by autumnal aspens in the La Sal mountains.

The bright yellow and the white tree trunks make for a very nice image. For some reason though I think the green tree would look better either a little to the left or right.

Nice shot. In fact, I've had this exact kind of image floating in my head for a long time. I've just never been able to actualize it (such are the joys of painters vs. photographers). To the interesting folder it goes!
