Easy to understand what you want to show us, but you're showing much few here. The lightened detailess area is boring, this for sure would be improved if shoted nude.

This shot is nice, but I think it could be improved with a solid black background and perhaps a slight turn to the right for the model, nude would also relieve some of the stress in this image as the above poster mentioned.

I think the lighting is very good...emphasizes the pregnancy with edge light outlining the hands...which are again holding the "child". Nude might make it more interesting, but might also take away from the point.
