alex_khakhalev 0 Posted October 3, 2002 Thanks everybody for the attention and comments. In this version I've made the shadow lighter. I hope it is better. :) Link to comment
dany_boucher 0 Posted October 3, 2002 Interesting approach! I think it is the first time that i see a cat's profile picture. Now you need Ramses II to keep here company! ;) Link to comment

nelson cotrim 0 Posted October 10, 2002 Very nice picture. Looks like he is posing for you. Never seen a pet picture like this. How did you get him to pose for you? Or was it just by chance? Link to comment
alex_khakhalev 0 Posted October 10, 2002 Nelson, thank you for the nice comment. It was a very difficult shot and got only one from many shots. Cat was moving all the time on the balcony. Sun was going down also. I was chasing my cat on my 4 points (2 legs and 2 elbows). This is how! :) Link to comment
nelson cotrim 0 Posted October 10, 2002 I know how you feel... I´ve been trying to get a few decent pictures of mine for a while now, unsuccesfully. He has an odd habit of sitting in front of the window and watching passers-by on the street. Detail: I live at the 7th floor, so he has to look down, and is a very interesting pose, with "his kingdom at his feet" (or should I say paws?). But every time I grab my camera and prepare to take a picture, he goes away. That´s why I was (and still am) very impressed with your picture. Link to comment
martin wilmsen 0 Posted October 16, 2002 Beautiful light, great detail/sharpness and some "looking space" on the left for a good composition. Link to comment
