The color is very satisfying, along with the textures, but the diagonal placement of something that one feels is so necessarily horizontal suggests some disturbing influence, like the photographer was falling or drunk.

I actually liked the angle of the shot. It felt to me like I was viewing the clouds from a banking aeroplane. Love the saturation.
