The problem with this shot imo is that almost every element in the image attracts more attention than your actual subject. Although I appreciate the moment you captured here, I don't think it really works as a photograph. The white flowers are overpowering the bee, and the bright reflections off the leaf in the background is very distracting. Less bright flowers will work much better for a dark subject such as this. And always keep checking your backgrounds - your background is extremely important. If the background is distracting, I don't even take the shot. Hope that makes sense.
