lmcinnis37 0 Posted August 31, 2008 You have a winner with this image. There are so many subtle ways to alter it to produce a variety of very pleasant, but different moods. Lightening it brings the water grasses into more prominence while darkening it brings the water and stones into play. The reflections are just wonderful. One thing I tried and which may interest you is making the large stone light on top (above water) and the reflection darker. It changes the image again. Great work without a great deal of effort, I would think. Masterful work in capture, however. My compliments. Lamar McInnis, Sr. Link to comment

katherineerickson 0 Posted September 9, 2008 What initially attracted me to this image was the three dimensionality of the shot. At first it seemed as if the rock was suspended in the air, an effect that I think that the dark shadow under the rock enhances. The reflections in the water are also very nice. Overall a good shot. lonebearimages 0 Posted September 9, 2008 This is just outstanding! I love these kind of shots, and look for them all the time myself. I personally like your slightly darker rendition, as it has some great mood. Superb composition too. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us! Cheers! Chris Link to comment
