Good exposure. There's a lot going on in this frame though - focusing in on that tower, or one of the bridges, might have helped give it a clear subject and strengthened the composition. Have you tried cropping it to a vertical format?

I don't remember well were was the focus point but it has been added some blur to try to get a misty feeling...
