wesleyfarnsworth 0 Posted August 20, 2008 I like the lighing on this one! I like the way the light from I'm guessing a window hits the mothers hair. I would make your right side come out just alittle bit so as not to cut off the babys head. Link to comment
andrea_kleffman_gervais 0 Posted August 22, 2008 I have a sepia toned version in my portfolio of this as well.... Does one work better than the other?General thoughts and comments welcomed. Link to comment
photos by dan elliott 0 Posted August 22, 2008 I agree with the Farnsworth, vary nice use of backlighting, The other thing is I would have removed the vanes in the breast, that is a little distracting, vary nice tender moment. Lots of emotion in this photo.thanks for sharing. Dan Link to comment
allen_r1 0 Posted September 7, 2008 I love both photos. Initially, I was drawn to the sepia but the more I look at this one the more I like it. They are both excellent. And for what it's worth, I totally disagree with the previous comment regarding the veins in the breast. I do not find them distracting in the least. Indeed, I hardly noticed them until I read that comment.I think part of the beauty of your mother/child photos is their naturalness. It would be a pity to ruin that feel through excessive photoshopping. Link to comment
