i like the way they are all looking out of frame ads a little tension and asks questions i love the detail in the mans hands.

I absolutely love pictures like this! It's amazing how some people in the world still live and we can forget about how lucky - or unlucky depending on your view - we have it.

 

I just wonder though about taking pictures like this in that do you ask them first, or shoot with a telephoto, do you offer to pay them or is that offensive to them as they don't see themselves as a picture they are just living!

 

It's just a beautiful composition to me and tells many stories the more you look at it!

I feel that the composition is very good, the inclusion of the goat with the other two characters makes it comical and original as well. I think it's a great idea but I am distracted by the dark band running through the the block wall in the upper third of the image. I realize that it is just a band of dirt or maybe even spray paint but it reminds me of a picture taken of something on a television where the frequency of the camera's imager does not match the frequency of the video display.

This image is brilliant... I will be damned if I say more, but every time I look at it, it feels like I am in a book and these 3 lives are unfolding in front of me... truly amazing!!! Congrats!!!
