I kinda like the look....The smooth skin would have been more convincing if you would have defined the cheek and hand... Maybe dial down the opacity on that layer a bit as well.....Ken

I like the shot, but I think you lost to much detail here. Her hand is lost in her face and it gives her a waxy, non-human feel. The eyes are great and nothing wrong with a pouting face.
