I'd like any sort of feedback about night photography, especially

what people think this images strengths and weaknesses are, I love

the image and would like to know what others think

Very interesting shot. I like the colors and the depth of the sky. the sunburst and the contrasty leaves are very nice, too.

What really works for me in this shot are the light rays radiating out from the center-right and the way that the tree mirrors these radiating lines with its shape. Very eye-cathing and very beautiful.

I agree with the UFO landing comment. I love the burst of light, and the nice deep blue of the sky in the corners. What type/speed film did you use for this? And what was the source of the background light - was it vehicle traffic?

the film was Fuji Reala (just happened to have some lying around) the light was a little pole lamp on a rest area in a park. There was a little mist coming off of the creek making the light really volumectric, so I desided to try it out.

It looks as there is a fire in the threes. How nice it is.

This seems overexposed. Should have gone for a shorter exposure time. Would have been nicer with stars instead of star trails.
