sunny lee 0 Posted August 19, 2008 They say ideas comes just before you close your eyes. I guess this is true, because this was taken at two o'clock in the morning. I have one similar photo in my portfolio, and I couldn't decide which one is better... Your comments and ratings are very much welcome... Link to comment
blueroom 0 Posted August 19, 2008 Ooops!... It's a good job you've got that trowel handy. :0) This is a great idea, beautifully done and the look of resignation on your face is very well judged. I prefer this version to the other one you mentioned, it just feels that much wierder. Link to comment

sunny lee 0 Posted August 19, 2008 Thank you all for your kind words. It wasn't hard to think of this idea, but it was very hard to achieve exactly what I wanted. I'm not a professional photographer, and this was my first experience in a 'studio', but now I'm VERY HAPPY that I succeed. Again, thank you all for your visit. Best regards, Sunny! Link to comment

sonnyde 0 Posted August 21, 2008 Sunny, sexy and disturbing both in a very good way. Much to ponder and discuss when viewing this photo. I can only wonder if there is a psychological point to this or is it pure superficial imaginative work. In either case it's what separates a good photograph from an excellent photograph the ability to bring about discussion and the fun of digging in behind the meaning (even if there is none). Anyway you add the sexiness the 'painting' adds the drama. Very nice work, I’ll be back! <>< Sonny <>< ps thanks for stopping and looking at my work “40 Years gone, but not forgotten”. I too tried to bring in discussion as to the whys and meaning of the tones, blurriness and aged look. Link to comment
sunny lee 0 Posted August 22, 2008 for you kind words. And for Sonny... the original idea didn't include cracks on the painting, only thing I was thinking is that my hair was such a mess, and I need a haircut. I don't know why I didn't put on some t-shirt, maybe to provoke comments... The best way is to describe that in 2 o'clock in the morning I was felling like this, destructive and always with some new ideas (but it's harder to accomplish every idea that comes to my mind). Warm regards! Link to comment
