I find the image very pleasing, but one thing is a bit distracting. The model is looking at something very close, and the eyes look a little weird because of it. Her left eye shows no white on the nose side while the opposite eye shows white on both sides.. If a person's eyes look at something close, it look like the eyes are crossed, and this is what you get. Therefore, have the model fix her gaze on a more distant object across the studio and both eyes will appear virtually the same. This image is correctable with a little PS editing. I did it in a few minutes using her right eye as a cloning pattern and repositioned it in her left eye. This tweak takes only a few minutes and the outcome is what you see in my example. IMO she looks more normal, but you be the judge.
