This is a merge of two individual photos that I shot with my Holga

camera. The two frames are side by side on the film, and I considered

just leaving them as a diptich. But I decided they looked better

merged into one image. Let me know what you think, and as always,

thank you for taking the time.

Mike, the merge is a bit visible, due to the softness at the edges of the frames (large aperture ?), but I do not mind. A wonderful wilderness shot. I was a bit taken aback by the pink/magenta color of the trunks of the trees in the background. Interesting. A characteristic of the film or real colour ? Best wishes. Peter

Thank you Peter as always for the observations.

I know what you mean about the edge softness, but that's a characteristic of the Holga camera and the plastic lens... just no escaping that issue. And the slightly off colors are due to the expired film I used which likely had a bit of a color shift. I could correct for it, but I rather like the look :)

Thanks again,

Mike

Beautifully done. Great exposure. They merged well together. It really does look like a magical forest.
