Thanks to all of you for your kind comments. About your question, Jim, yes this is a cactus plantation. We call this mexican kind of cactus "Organos".

David, being in Mexico years ago, I was having a trip to one if the cacti plantation. I still have the end thorn of one of them... Is it the kind that from its roots the Tekila( or other drinking ) is produced? Very nice image.
