all true but what sets it apart for me is that "arced" dark part and that line of whites which highlights the boat excellently. Compositionally this is a very strong image

This is just a striking image! The colors scream passionately...The tension of the boat trying to exit the frame...or maybe it's just trying to keep it at bay...did you by any chance shoot about a hundred frames of this boat....? Well done...! juan
