blueroom 0 Posted August 1, 2008 A view of Clovelly, North Devon, softened and toned to suit the atmosphere of this quaint old fishing village. The eccentric looking building in the background is called Crazy Kate's Cottage, which explains how I arrived at my title. Many thanks for any comments you may care to make. Link to comment
sunny lee 0 Posted August 1, 2008 I love it! Excellent mood... First few minutes I was just looking at your photo, and didn't know what to write, and still don't know, but I know that to me it's flawless. Regards! Link to comment
tmcleland 0 Posted August 1, 2008 Wonderfully executed. The tone and composition are spot on, and there's an element of surrealism to boot. Wonderful! Link to comment

jana 1 Posted August 8, 2008 I like the impressionistic mood a lot. It adds mystery. IMO the composition is a bit cluttered, sometimes less is more. Keep posting, Eric ! cheers Jana Link to comment
mhvetbo 0 Posted September 3, 2008 think I agree with the previous remarks, remove the left two boats and add more lobster traps? The whites on this image are noticeably not blue and bright like the laundry cleaner my mother used on her sheets, and I like it better than the other Clovelly images for that reason! Otherwise, congratulations on the mood, lighting, and everything else! Cheers from Canada. Michael Link to comment
