Hi Eric,

 

I really like the contrast between the warm, orange reflection vs. the cool blue terrain. The opposing vertical lines of the reflection also contrast well against the horizontal lines of the ground. Another point that makes this interesting is the sharpness of the terrain vs. the blurred reflection. Very artistic IMO. ^_^

I might crop the very top of this, just at the point where the creek turns left, in order to reinforce the movement from corner to corner. That being said, this is a fabulous abstract. Beautiful color contrast and very dynamic lines.

The contrast in colours really works well. I believe your composition is one of the most original I've seen in along time here.
