Not everyone has a perspective control lens, but a quidk study in PS will solve that and many other editing problems. I like the stairstep of this image.

Is this UAB as in the University of Alabama at Birmigham. I am an alum and still live in Birmigham but don't recognize this building. I'll have to search it out. Great composition. I think both the cloud and reflection of it really make the photo. JR
