Guest Guest Posted September 25, 2002 I am biased toward mountain pictures, but I think that this photo has something standing out. It could be the beauty of the rocky and icy face, but not only that. You managed to compose very well IMO, conveying the eye toward the splendour of the Grand Jorasses. I also like the inclusion of the hotel, which gives a sense of proportion and is not invasive, I mean that that building does not appear as an insult to the nature portrayed. (At least not in this perspective). L. Link to comment
