This is very good. I don't know that part of London at all, so I looked up the shop in Yellow Pages. Where do people fish around there, Regent's Canal?

Anyway, an excellent piece of documentary.

Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, I expect the Regent's Canal (although Hampstead Heath and its ponds are nearby.)

I had meant to take the photograph straight on, but as you can see, at the left there was a car which made it impossible. A friend of mine lives opposite, and over the years I would visit without taking the photograph - each time terrrified that the next time I was in the area, it would have transformed overnight into a delicatessen, or mobile phone accessory shop. No doubt it shall in the fullness of time.
