Tell me? Is this long exposure, did you reach this by flash or did you archieve the final effect in ps?

Frenk, the lighting was achieved in the studio using 1 flash with a honeycomb filter, and a small foam board to reflect some light back onto the subject. I made curve adjustments in PS to make the image warmer (reduce blue), otherwise the original image was left untouched.
