tgood 0 Posted July 14, 2008 Thanks for your encouragement. I really liked this photo. I'm attaching the original photo. I wanted to give it an aged feel but didn't want to lose the color. So rather than converting to BW and throwing in a sepia tone, I decided to go this route with some bluring and burning. I tried to improve the composition as well. I was not happy how I had him too far left in the frame on the original. Darn... Again thanks. Link to comment

tgood 0 Posted December 18, 2008 Thank you for your perspective. I have a tendancy to experiment with my photos. There were elements of this photo that I really liked from the beginning, and there were elements I did not like. I did not like the original composition. That comes from shooting an entire team on a tri-pod and attempting to not reposition for each teammate. Easy fix, but I decided to play a little more. I liked the a lot initially., but the more I looked at this version, the less I liked it. It could be that I got carried away burning and blurring the edges. In the end I didn't acheive the image I was going for. Thanks for your thoughts. Link to comment
