I had a look at your portfolio and you have a few great pictures there. This one is good too. One, let's say a mistake here is the left cheek, which is so much overexposed, that it is hard to define the line between it and the wall behind. Also the background not being straight disturbs a bit. The last thing, in which I pay lot of attention in my b/w portraits, are the details. Your model is beautiful and the earring, in my opinion, is a useless detail, wich distracts from the most important point - her eyes. I hope this helps. Keep up the good work.
