the clenched hands and the misshapen eyes are a little frigtening - the background is well chosen, as well as the wardrobe - this is a personal note, but the bracelet seems out of place on such a young child - but that's probably my personal point of view - in different places around the world, it might seem very natural

I don't think I would like my child to wear the wooden shoes used in Asia either.

The original remark yes, that's why I responded. We all have cultural biases. Most of us have the curtesy not to express them; particularly in regards to the evaluation of art. MY child wears a bracelet given to it by his Godfather.

nice background, but a little weak colors

This is the best picture of your portfolio. Eye contact are much improved with his hands. The lack of colours for me is an advantage and fits the purity of the boy's age very well.

This is a family snapshot. I'm sure anyone who is fond of this child will enjoy it, but it conveys nothing to anyone else.

Appears that he is using a pretend camera to film you. Very cute. Nice soft tones. Too bad the eyes are shrouded. We love to see the eyes, and his are a little hidden.
