Nice to see you visit again, Tim. Indeed, it's difficult to classify such a place when you live in a big country like yours. This fishing village ( today a 'must visit' for celebrities and supposed to be's..) was founded by the Romans, had it's glory days in the 12th century and is a tourist attraction since the 19th century.

However, if you don't have a chance to come over, have a look at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, where Portofino has even been recreated in detail. Again, thanks for your comment and best regards, El

El, una foto muy bien compuesta, y esa agua reflejada merece un max. un abrazo, Joaquin.

El color anima la vida y en este caso ante un dia grisaceo mucho mas. Pasear por este puerto y llenarte de color debe ser muy gratificante. Me gusta como has aprovechado los reflejos en el agua y el excelente contraste con el verde de la vegetacion. Max anon. Un abrazo. Vicente.

Another great of Portofino. The lighting worked real nice for you here as the colors are vivid & the reflection is great.

 

I'm jealous that you are able to get to Portofino so frequently. My one day there was not nearly enough.
