Well done for seeing aesthetic potential in something most people would trample on without a glance. The colouring is very effective, and perhaps a slight increase in contrast would help to accentuate the pattern.

Yes, you maybe right that it would have been better if the contrast is a bit higher, but unfortunately I'm rookie in the digital processing of the analog works (cropping/enhance colours/retouching).

You've done a good job for a rookie, Gabor. I like the simplicity of the photo. At the same time, I am not sure whether I want to add an element that would make the subject even more interesting and mysterious. Anyway, it's good as it is.

I wish I could shoot images like this one. It has perfect colouring and lighting. You have tranformed an apparently unsignificant image into art. Congratulations.

I agree with the above, a fantastice job of catching the light. I love the contrast of warm/cool, the golden glitter, the pure simplicity of its beauty. One suggestion : I think the composition would be improved were there a little more space on top. Something about the composition feels a little unbalanced, somehow: not sure what exactly.
