You probably do not want my comments but here goes: The photo comes with emotion and attachment between two people. This is very good. I've seen famous photos like this. The bright sunlight area in from of them washes out as it has to and harms the photo aesthetically. Also the guy out there alone gets to be more interesting to me than the young couple. What has he and what is he doing and I forget about them. I tried a tight crop of the couple; it excludes a lot of the washed bright area and puts all of the focus on them and their relationship and to me it looks much more intimate and that is what the photo is about. If you shot with a zoom you could have cropped in such a way. Again the photo is about attachment and an intimate relation and that is good.
