I don't eat meat or fowl, but my mouth is salivating and I think I can even smell them. I'm sure they are good eatin' for someone other than me.

Thank you Shawn. My reflex response was to think, "you don't know what you are missing," but I suspect that you do know what you are missing. We should debate the merits of believing what we see vs. seeing what we believe over vegetarian beers some day.

What photographer can claim a more remarkable achievement than to make a non-meat-eater salivate upon viewing an image of plated poultry? Thank you again.

The technique is different and jumps at you. It's not an ordinary pic of chicken wings - that's for sure. Talk about chicken, last Monday I flew on Alaska Airlines from Seattle to San Francisco and they had chicken on a stick as a "dinner snack". Take a look.

Actually is was not bad. The spicy Thai sauce packed quite a punch. I was surprised because usually airline food err on the side of being "safe". Personally I would have preferred a terrine or cold plate of cheese and fruits.
