shenandoah 0 Posted June 22, 2008 I drive by this building almost every day. For some odd reason it holds a bit of mystery for me. Link to comment
chrisalmerini 0 Posted June 22, 2008 My comment would be if the building is what made you get the camera out- feature it more. The sky does not add to the story here. Crop the sky just above the top of the building or re-shoot. If you go back try a wide angle lens and get close. Then even point the lens slightly down to add emphasis to your foreground try and see what happens, I think you like more. Good luck! Chris Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 309 Posted June 22, 2008 Since there is a great bright, very bright area it would be advisable to give it a stroke and frame it white, or gray stroke and black frames! PDE Link to comment
shenandoah 0 Posted June 23, 2008 Thanks so much for the comments! I want to say I have not been trained in any way. I have not been able to take even basic photo classes. I have been shooting film photagraphy since 1990. This is my first SLR ever. I got this Camera as a gift mothers day this year. I am enjoying and learning as I go. I currently only have my stock lense. I don't know very much as far as technical terms currently but that is changing. I want to wrap up by say thanks so much for the feedback. I enjoying the learning process.... Thanks again, Shenandoah Link to comment
