gotrain 0 Posted July 21, 2008 Great timing like you said. You can feel how at awe the people in the boat are at what they are witnessing. How did the water get so green? It makes you wonder what you did to the photo? It seems unreal. Great composition and timing Steve Link to comment
httpwww.photo.netphoto1664882761 0 Posted July 21, 2008 hi steve thank you for the comment's. the green in the water is an actual occurance found around glacier formations. the naturalist explained this to us, i wish i could explain it too, sorry. thanks again... Link to comment
machmerphotography 0 Posted July 21, 2008 You have captured such an amazing view. Most people will never get to witness this in person so thank you for sharing it! It seems a little too saturated, but I did read that you said this is how it actually was. Other than that I have zero complaints...added to my favorites. Link to comment
jhl 0 Posted July 21, 2008 Hi Mark, What an Amazing photo ! The black on the Ice is natural that I do know due to pollution and Ozone damage. Signs of Meltdown clearly visible. Could you please tell me when this photo was taken ? My husband and myself are busy planning to go there as well next year February.Congratulaions on a excellent photo and Regards from Johanna in South Africa Link to comment
isabellathompson 0 Posted July 21, 2008 Mark you've come through with yet another top photo. A great composition and you're right the boat up front does give the viewer a sense of the enormity of this grand glacier. Great job! Isabella from Aus. Link to comment
