Very pretty photo, and very well composed

I was just camping on Mt. Ranier two weeks ago and my slides suffered some of the same difficulties as yours does. Still this is a beautiful shot, the trees on the left nearlyl balance out the mountain and clouds. Pretty blue sky and reflections. I feel like I'm missing just a bit on the right side here: I want a little more mountain and cloud. Over the next few weeks, I'll be posting my Mt. Very nice, this is a good example of a photo which transcends the formula look of so many reflected mountain scenes. I like it, good work, worth the hike.

The colors are dull and the overall shot is not sharp. Your other shot is much better.

Pretty...nice trees. The mountain doesn't seem to be quite sharp though it could be caused by too much light, I suppose. Did you use a split neutral density?
