rosenborgfoto 0 Posted June 21, 2008 Ooh oh oh MIke! I havent been here for so long, and now I see these photos from you in infrared, and I think with a dark filter and long shutter? I hardly know what to say. Im left quite speechless here. I simply adore them, they walk right into my dreamy soul!!! How I wish I could take someone similar- sigh. Beautiful, Mike. Warm wishes Annemette Link to comment
alpenglow 0 Posted June 21, 2008 Thank you Doug and Annemette. Always great to see a visit from the two of you. Annemette... I too haven't been on PN much lately... to may other projects. But I did make time to try out some new IR film a few weeks ago, and I love the results. The film is VERY slow with the filter (about ASA 1), so the exposures are all very long... even in bright sunlight. Cheers for now, Mike Link to comment
rascal64 9 Posted June 22, 2008 I echo Annemette. Lots of "oohs and aahhs" at the risk of sounding ignorant. Really a dreamland. The water...the leaves...the mountains. I don't know what to say. Maybe I will go write a poem. Link to comment
alpenglow 0 Posted June 22, 2008 Wow Tiffany... a photo that inspires poetry? I am humbled. Thank you :) Although I think it's more the place rather than the image, since this area has the same effect on me. I'm glad I could share it with you. Mike Link to comment
