Thanks everyone! Wish I'd got more detail in the blacks, however got a little catchlight in his eye. (I see the 3/3 brigade have been visiting! Oh well - what can you do? I suppose everyone has an opinion!). Rgds Carole

A very balanced triangular composition. The background and the DOF lead the attention to the bird and the flower. Leaving aside the bg and fg, the bird and flower combination in itself is an attractive composition and well placed in the frame.
