carlwakefield 0 Posted June 19, 2008 Hello Jarred, I read you forum posting about ratings that why I am looking at you photographs. You shot he has good rating above average. When I view the shot I find that fair. These shots are not really easy. The water is over exsposed. The trees underexsposed. The shot has a POV That is average. I think lower to the water might me more interesting. I would crop in tighter to the top of the water fall. I tried three simular shots this weekend take a look at how I got on. I think the dificulty is with the good lighting as the water will always be overesposed. A spot light messurement on the water might work but the rest will be to dark. Did you think of slowing the water down with a longer shuter speed. I found 0.6 second was quite good.
