pnital 36 Posted June 18, 2008 Markku, it is a very strong composition as well as the series done in the Jewish museum in Berlin. Looked at the Zenfolio gallery.. you have well isolated the different monuments combining them with the light entering inside, and some with the people looking at them. I hope to visit there at the fall. Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
mark_q 0 Posted June 18, 2008 Thank you both for taking time to look at the whole series.WofgangI feel honored as someone working professional, you, gives such a strong statement.PninaI can tell you it was a big surprise that photograping was allowed, without flash (and tripod). I was entering the museum quite late and was among those who were asked to leave before closing. Most memorable visit, though I have to admit not spending so much time on the display items themselves, just prefered to spot my own subjects, not the marvellous display set-ups, made by others - if you catch my point... ;-) Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted June 18, 2008 The series is phenomenal, and this photo is no exception. You seem to be chasing spirits around the interior of this museum. The light itself--shining at angles, settling on the floor, fleeing around corners--seems to be the main attraction. Very spiritual. Link to comment
mark_q 0 Posted June 18, 2008 Thank you so much for detailed comment and for taking a look at the rest of this series. I had only 1.5 hours to spend inside this magnificent museum so I decided to limit myself on details that would reflect the main concept of the design of this famous building. Link to comment
