Macro Bouquet (combination of 8 macro photos at different focus points)

This image was created with eight separate exposures focused at

different points to create complete depth of field.

Very good effect on the end! But I wonder was it necessary from this distance! I mean if you shot all these flower from a distance which appears to be on this picture they would be also sharp all over! It must that the flowers were picked up from different places and therefore pictured separately!
