That's beautiful! The S curve just draws my eye right in and the motion and shape of the clouds all lead me to the back of the horizon. The colors are beautiful .Great exposure on the land and the sky.Excellent landscape picture.

Nice work! I like the curve of the river(wish I could see even more of it), and the calm water+deep color.

You were quick to capture this beautiful combination of blue and orange. By the time I got my camera ready the moon disappeared and the sky was anything but blue and Grey :-)

I love the inclusion of the crescent moon just above the thin clouds! Great capture.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, it was truly magical day - my notes got buried under technical details - so I will reproduce here again.

 

Camas Prairie Marshland is located less than 2 hr drive from Boise, Idaho towards Sun Valley. The appearance of wildflowers in this marshland is a sure sign of Spring. This year was gorgeous - with miles of Camas flowers blooming all over. I joined my friend on a photo trip very early in the morning to catch the earliest light. It was a brisk morning and the silence was punctuated with the sweet sounds of birds. A cresent moon was up in the sky when the earliest morning light arrived.
