What excellent color you have here and the focus is spot on also. The light out of focus spot behind frog does not improve the image to me. The overall image calls out for a tighter crop to me.

What a magnificent subject. You caught him in very good conditions. I like the blue eye. I notice 1 repeating element in your shots-most of them are smack dab in the middle. Try placing the subject a little bit off center-if you didn't shoot it that way just give it a good cropping.
