mg 0 Posted July 22, 2008 Hello. Well, I do not like the digital-looking grey frame at all... But I think the picture itself is really very good. I had a quick look around in your portfolio and saw quite a few images involving a lot of photoshop work to "create" the picture. If I may suggest this, I feel you should try keeping photography as your MAIN creative tool, and have photoshop as a help only. Photoshop is a software that's really wonderful to enhance any picture towards any goal you may have, but its textures and filters etc do not really allow us to make a great picture from scratch. At some point, I feel too much PS work kills PS works. Here you saw a wonderful backlight on a very nice flower, and that's what made this shot. You might well have touched up the background, but I can't really feel it, and the flower shines as a deserving hero, just for what it is. Well done. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 24, 2008 Wow! How beautiful this is! Love the way the light show the tiny hairs on the flower. This is a show stopper! Link to comment

kslonaker 0 Posted September 7, 2008 Very nice lighting and detail. I would like the background darker, too, but it's minor. Nice work! Link to comment
