A very interesting image - it has a quality of mystery to it that I like. A couple of suggestions - just things to think about. Would what you are trying to say with this piece be said better if all of the major elements were in sharp focus? What purpose does the light area at the top of the frame, just left of center serve - could you crop it out and still have a strong image? Personally, I like the way the clarity and focus increases from top to bottom and right to left - it introduces a triangular geometry into the image. I think I would have made sure the whole leaf was in focus but that is entirely a matter of taste. Al that said - I like it and find it captivating.
