bob_belanger 1 Posted May 29, 2008 I see this and it makes me think about how much I love taking photographs. This is what it takes to get up close and personal and to be totally into the shot. Nothing else in the world even matters. I love this..... Link to comment
jzbeeaol.com 0 Posted May 29, 2008 Hi, thanks for your comments...yes, I do too. He's right up on the L.I. Sound in Bayside, NY and very intent on getting the perfect shots he always gets~thanks again! Link to comment
kaliuzhkin 2 Posted August 28, 2012 Overexposed. The highlights and the lighter vegetation could be a tad darker and with more detail. The human is not very interesting, at least not pictorially. I wonder about his providing a firm support for the camera, especially with the long lens he must be using. Maybe if he were wearing a red hat or a red shirt. The composition is good. The viewer's eyes are drawn down the slope to the lake and then across the lake to the human. Perhaps using the rule of thirds might help. Remove part of the right side. What is he photographing? jzbeeaol.com 0 Posted August 30, 2012 LOL, Dan-the human is Glen..he does support his camera-believe me!! (hence the titel) Anyway, points well taken. He may have been shooting a bird or something-- :) Link to comment
