I think it needs a bit of contrast adjustment. (And maybe a re-scale: it's a GREAT photo)

Wow! Could it be any bigger? Makes me feel like I'm right there. It's a bleak outlook from a bleak lookout. Very moody. I like the focus on the broken glass rather than the view.
