Palouse Falls

This looks an amazing place to see in person. And you have captured the beauty of the area well. I can see why you chose a landscape orientation in order to effectively show the interesting geology surrounding the falls. But in looking at the photo, it also makes me wonder what it would look like with a portrait orientation and inclusion of more of the river below the falls? Either way this is a great photo.

This is relatively difficult to photograph, and I think you've done very well. At times, you can catch rainbows in the mist at the base of the falls. The view downstream is quite spectacular as well, depending on the light.

Rhonda I spents about 5 hours here on the picnic bench & in my car waiting for the grey sky to clear...never did lol. You pulled off a much better image then I did.I actually think your composition is very good you give the feel for the place the raw energy plus geologically.
