Peter, it's dark because the sun is just coming up, to the right of the wall. I left it that way deliberately to bring out the light hitting the benches.

Ray, fantastic shot. Great composition and the pigeon is perfectly placed to soak up some of that white space. My only criticism would be about the title. Anyway, its a superb shot!

Ray, good point, your right. Now Ive looked at the image again without the sun streaming through my window I can see that it is dark, but not too dark. If it would let me I would change my rating to 6/6. Peter
