knobby6 1 Posted May 17, 2008 Photo is sharp and diagonal framing is good. Maybe make underwings a little lighter to show more detail. Link to comment
neciphoto 0 Posted May 17, 2008 Brian I wonder why you say it's a great capture if you think it's a mediocre rating of 4/4? Link to comment
richard_cox2 0 Posted May 17, 2008 Sometimes it is difficult to get good lighting under the wings. Great job on lighting and focus. Well done. Link to comment

jmcconnell2 0 Posted May 18, 2008 Great full wingspread capture, sharp and clear with fine detail. As good as I have seen on photo.net. We have to wonder about some of the ratings we see, I have seen beautiful photos with 3/3 ratings, and very poor quality photos with 7/7 ratings, go figure. I have looked at several of your photos and I haven`t seen any below 6/6 quality, best regards, Jim. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted May 18, 2008 I would have to agree , this image deserves far better than a 4-4 , but look at a lot of nice images and youll see a lot of ,,,what seems like sabatouge of certain images ...with all kinds of anonamous rateings ,I dont think any oner should be able to rate anonomously all should be above board and use name ,I always use my name ... If I give a 4-4 or a 5-5 or for that matter a 3-3 i am willing to put my name on it and take any heat for my choice ,,,the one thing you do have to give to the 4-4 later he did it with his name ,,,so at least he had enough courage to show his name and rating ,Either way you and i know this is a far superior image to a 4-4 its a 6-6 or a 7-7 that is one of the unique things of this site ,you get a lot of feedback and a general feeling of how well others might recieve this image ....But we must all remember one thing beauty is in the eye of the beholder ,,,So one mans 7-7 is anothers 3-3 ,Just look at the totals and create an average,Hey great image and good luck Regards Jeff Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted May 18, 2008 'De gustibus et coloribus non est disputandum'. It's an old Latin proverb. Literally it means "It's no use debating taste and colours." Six/Six by the way, with name... Link to comment
